Join a Spin Class at These Chicago Cycling Studios

Did you know that in addition to being fun, cycling classes can also increase your energy and cardiovascular strength? It may be winter, but the area around OneEleven has great spin classes. If you would like to get in a good workout, the best Chicago cycling studios include:

Flywheel Sports

Co-founder Ruth Zukerman boasts that the instructors at Flywheel Sports are “passionate about working hard, playing hard, and crushing it. In fitness and in life.” The studio was established in 2010 with the mission of creating an indoor cycling workout that welcomes all athletic abilities. Each class is exhilarating. The instructors sweat alongside students while challenging everyone’s limits every ride. Sessions include Method, Tempo, and Power.

CycleBar

Siblings Bill Pryor and Alex Klemmer realized that the main ingredients for a successful cycling experience included great instructors, great music, and a great environment. So CycleBar was born. It was one of the country’s first independent cycling studios, and it’s known for providing a concierge-level service and thrilling rides. The instructors help students achieve their fitness goals. The classes include Classic, Connect, and Reformer.

Don’t forget to take advantage of CycleStats during your visit. It will measure the six key measurements of your daily and historical performance, and email you the results after class.

Full Psycle

Nestled in Lincoln Park, Full Psycle is where riders find a stadium-style studio featuring comfortable bikes, a nightclub-rivaling sound, and chilled eucalyptus towels. The world-class instructors inspire everyone to reach their goals, and their workouts help students burn maximum calories as they strengthen their core and upper body. There are an array of classes to choose from, too. Choices include Spotlight, Grind, and Pre-game, which includes complimentary beer and wine served after class.

Indoor cycling is just one of the activities that residents of One Eleven Apartments can enjoy. If you want a leisurely stroll instead of a hardcore spin class, take a walk through these iconic conservatories. To call our community home, please contact our leasing agents. Then you can schedule a tour where they can show you firsthand all we have to offer.
