The speakeasy-style bar, opened by José Andrés, serves ibérico pork and bespoke cocktails within its intimate space. Throughout the bar’s menu of small vites and inventive cocktails, Spanish ingredients shine, like in the food menu’s tortilla moderna, aceitunas marinadas, tostada de jamón con tomate, and more.
