Bring a Big Appetite to George’s Deep Dish
If you haven’t tried deep dish pizza before, you haven’t truly lived. After all, is there anything better than a crispy crust, filled with oodles and oodles of melted cheese and sauce and toppings? If you’re ready for your first deep dish experience, head to George’s Deep Dish. The process to make a George’s pie takes a few days, as each pizza dough has to ferment and rise in its very own container. It isn’t a simple process, which is why they only offer a limited number of pies each day. Order ahead, up to one week in advance if you’d like, to make sure you don’t miss out!
Try a couple to get the full experience. Grab a Hala’s Classic filled with sausage, peppers, onions, and mushrooms, or the Michael’s S&M (short for spaghetti and meatballs) which is filled to the brim with beef meatballs, ricotta, roasted garlic, and you guessed it—spaghetti! If you prefer a white pie, try Harrison’s White Album which features spinach-artichoke dip and roasted garlic. None of those strike your fancy? You can also build your own with any topping your heart desires. We think you’re going to love it!
