Let’s take a tour that starts by showing off our indoor amenities in the River Lounge and finishes in Club One Eleven to see our luxurious outdoor spaces, including our private kitchen areas and heated pool.

Indoor Amenities & Northern Terrace

Begin in the River Lounge, our amenities space, which provides amazing views of the Chicago River going east. Notice the architecture tour boats and the Trump tower from right outside the window! The space is used for resident events, including “Yappy Hour” for pets and Happy hours for residents too. The bar area, which has a full kitchen, can also be used by residents on a daily basis.

On the Northern Terrace, you can see the newly-completed Riverwalk and Merchant Mart. This is a great open space to relax and take in the views. Inside the doors are a tech bar where you can use Mac computers and enjoy Starbucks coffee.

Next, walk through to the 24-hour fitness center with plenty of equipment, including weights, ellipticals, and treadmills. There are also yoga and bootcamp classes here, among others. Walk through the locker rooms and out into the pool area.

Club One Eleven & Outdoor Amenities

Visit Club One Eleven— the first floor includes the pool and the sun deck. The indoor pool is heated and open year-round. The doors lead out into the sun deck,  a great space to lay out in the warmer months. Get amazing views of downtown and a large space to relax outside.

The second level of Club One Eleven is filled with comfy seats, two public grills, common spaces, and a fire pit to relax by in the colder weather. This a great space to gather your friends and have a dinner party or just to hang out after work. There are also private grill and kitchen areas that are reservable for private parties up to eight guests.
